We will endeavour to despatch goods within 48 hours of receiving your order but we cannot guarantee to do so.
It is possible that one or more of the items you order may be temporarily unavailable from stock, so you should allow up to 28 days for delivery, especially to addresses outside the UK.
Inthe event of a delay, your credit/debit card account will not be debited until the day your order is despatched.
UK shipments will be sent by Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class (depending on weight). Overseas shipments will be sent by Air Mail.
If you place an order for a large quantity of books it may be cheaper and more practical to deliver them by carrier such as UPS or Federal Express. If this is the case, a member of staff will contact you to arrange shipping.

If the goods you receive are faulty, please inform us immediately. Faulty goods will be replaced free of charge.
