Station Warrant Officer Bill Barrett has a lot on his plate when Training Command give him the task of reorganising the RAF's Recruit Training programme, assisted by Flight Sergeant Viv Anderson as his deputy.
With the full backing of his Commanding Officer Bill is told to get rid of the 'bad apples' in the training staff, ranging from lazy junior and senior NCOs to incompetent officers, both male and female.
To achieve this end, he must employ every devious and cunning trick at his disposal!
