Our Returns Policy
In the unlikely event that any product purchased from us is found to be faulty, we guarantee to rectify the situation as promptly as possible, subject to the following terms

If you are a customer from within the UK or EU you are entitled by law to cancel any order for goods within 7 days of making it or return the product for a full refund within 7 working days of receipt, provided that the returned product is unused, in its original packaging and in original condition.

Under such circumstances, we will refund the full price you paid for the product plus postage. (If the product was part of a larger order, we will refund only the proportion of the postage charged on that item.)

We will not, however, refund the cost of of return postage; this will be your responsibility. As we cannot issue a refund unless we receive the returned item, we suggest that you use a guaranteed delivery service.

In addition to your statutory rights, in the unlikely event that any product you purchase from proves defective, does not match its description or is otherwise unfit for purpose, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund. Under such circumstances you will be required to provide proof of postage in order to obtain a refund of your return postage. However, because it may not be necessary for you to return the item to us, please email us for confirmation before proceeding.

Your payment will be refunded by whatever method you used when making your purchase within 30 days of our receipt of the returned goods (or our confirmation that return will not be necessary).
